  • Restricted Indian States: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, and Telangana.

2. Account Registration

  • Certain features require creating a personal account.
  • You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities under your account.
  • Sharing, transferring, or selling accounts is strictly forbidden.

3. Gameplay Guidelines

  • ImmortalFanCric provides fantasy sports contests based on user skill, not chance.
  • Users build virtual teams based on real athletes, earning points based on real-world performance.
  • Each contest has its own rules, deadlines, and scoring system clearly outlined within the Platform.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or postpone contests in case of system errors, fraud suspicions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

  • Entry into paid contests requires a sufficient wallet balance.
  • Deposits are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.
  • Withdrawals are only made to verified Indian bank accounts or UPI IDs, subject to full KYC verification.
  • Promotional bonuses may be subject to specific terms and usage limits.
  • We are not liable for delays in payments due to banking issues, technical faults, or user-provided errors.

5. Taxation

  • You are personally responsible for complying with any tax obligations related to your earnings.
  • ImmortalFanCric may deduct applicable taxes or provide tax forms in accordance with Indian regulations.

6. Responsible Play

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ImmortalFanCric shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data).
  • Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount spent by you on the Platform within the last 3 months.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Restrict access to features or contests without notice
  • Revoke winnings or bonuses acquired through dishonest activity

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
